Definitely not. One-Day and Three-Day builds are usually split into at least two payments, usually 50-50. Fifty per cent up front and fifty per cent when the building starts.
Custom builds are three, 40-30-30. Forty per cent up front, thirty per cent when you approve the design concept and the final thirty per cent on completion of the build.
